mothers. Observe other children when they are taking point class. Look

and what age are they now?

Please remember to ASK questions. If you don’t know which ones to ask just
go to her teacher and say, “My little girl wants to go on pointe, is she
ready?” Her teacher should be able to give you the information needed to
make a decision.

If her teacher says she is ready to go on pointe then it is the time
to fit her first pair of pointe shoes. This is going to be the

Three in One

A 3 in 1 pram is a carrycot, separate pushchair unit and chassis. The carrycot is suitable for overnight sleeping (with a safety mattress) from birth until around 6 months. Then the pushchair unit can be used facing you or facing away. The pushchair unit has a reclining back rest and adjustable footrest. There is a choice of chassis available, a larger wheel chassis with fixed wheels and suspension is ideal for walking giving more comfort to you baby and yourself. A swivel wheeled chassis will be lighter in weight, fold smaller, easier to manoeuvre and convenient for the car. Most chassis have adjustable handle heights.

Pushchairs

A lightweight pushchair or stroller is ideal if you will be using public transport, going on holiday and using the car. Some models are suitable from birth. The normally have a lie flat facility with a 5 point harness, lockable swivel wheels and a shopping basket.

Buggies and Strollers

These tend to be quite varied but will have a combination of the following features.

Fully reclining seats will be suitable from birth.

Others are suitable from 3 months or 6 months

Between 1 and 5 position reclining seat.

A travel system offers a lie flat pushchair suitable from birth and a Stage 0+ car seat, a travel system is ideal for the car, as the pushchair folds compactly to fit in the boot, the baby can be carried around easily in the car seat, the car seat then attaches to the pushchair unit. always facing away from you, the car seat when fitted into the pushchair allows the baby to be facing you.

It is not realistically possible to transmit this amount of information, and your PC certainly could not receive it at this rate. Therefore for digital video some form of compression is required. The type and degree of compression used varies from system to system. It is interesting to note that for most uses, we are more tolerant of poor video than poor audio, and so some systems concentrate on providing consistently good audio.

After 3 minutes, everyone must stop stuffing balloons. The winning team is the one that has the MOST “pregnant” team-member (the one with the most stuffed inflated balloons). Don’t pull the balloons out to count, though! The fun has just started! The best (and most hilarious) way to count the balloons is to get a long pin or needle and pop the balloons, one by one while everyone is watching. This can be such a riot! You can pop all the balloons in the pants first and then have a very “pregnant” and/or well developed mommy! This game gets everyone involved and laughing.

(One warning about this game: Make sure the one who is chosen to be “pregnant” on each team should have their skin covered (e.g. no bare midriffs, low cut necklines, etc). Otherwise, it might sting their bare skin each time a balloon is popped. And be careful to not poke the “pregnant” team member with the pin.)
